ACU j'ouvert day party

(Other)

Come celebrate J'ouvert with ACU and shake off the finals stress!
We're bringing the island vibes with fun games like volleyball and soccer, and delicious eats like rice & beans, beef kabobs, and more!
Then at 10:30 PM, get powdered up and party with us at Sankofa for the ultimate J'ouvert after-party - music, color, culture, and high vibes all night long.
J'ouvert (from the French jour ouvert, meaning "daybreak") is a Caribbean tradition that celebrates freedom, joy, and resilience - and we're keeping that spirit alive right here.
All are welcome. Come with good energy and let's make memories!

This is a diversity-related event.

Location: Outside 019 - Quad Lawn
Sponsor: African Caribbean Union(ACU)
