Cabaret

This year’s theme, “50 Years in the Spotlight,” celebrates Cabaret’s rich history by exploring how culture has evolved over the past five decades.

Framed as a time-travel experience, the performance tells Cabaret’s story by blending past and present. Each group will combine elements from a past era (1970s–1990s) with a contemporary perspective (2000s–2020s) into one cohesive performance, while also incorporating a cultural representative item. These items will be collected at the end of the show to create a shared cultural “time capsule.”
