SUMMARY:Goi Cuon
ORGANIZER;CN="VSA":
 about:blank
DESCRIPTION:
The Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) at Lawrence
University hosted a vibrant Goi Cuon event, celebrating
Vietnamese culture through the art of making fresh
spring rolls. Goi Cuon, also known as Vietnamese
summer rolls, are traditional rice paper wraps
filled with ingredients like shrimp, pork, vermicelli
noodles, and fresh herbs, often accompanied by
 savory dipping sauces.\n
This hands-on event provided attendees with the
opportunity to learn about and prepare Goi Cuon,
 fostering cultural appreciation and community
engagement. Participants were guided through the
process of assembling the rolls, gaining insight
 into Vietnamese culinary traditions.\n
The event was part of VSA's broader mission to
promote Vietnamese heritage and was well-received
by the Lawrence University community. For more
information on upcoming events and activities,
you can visit the VSA's Instagram page.\n
 \n
 This is a diversity-related event.\n\n
