 Beyond aEUR~Opposites AttractaEUR(TM): Building
 Understanding Through Gamifying Magnetic Fields\n
Despite being commonplace objects and tools, magnets
can be difficult to understand, especially for
those entering higher level physics. In this talk,
I will discuss my efforts to develop an interactive
method for building a stronger understanding of
magnetic properties. This presentation will follow
my journey into understanding and performing the
creation of stable magnetic traps. I will then
demonstrate how I used this to develop a game
as an engaging method for others to build a stronger
 understanding of magnetic interactions.\n

Image Transmission Through a Multimode Fiber Cable\n
Multimode optical fiber cables offer the potential
for quick and convenient optical transport of
images which has significant applications in neuro-imaging
and communication. Decoding the speckle pattern
image output from these cables efficiently is
an outstanding challenge. In this project, we
explore methods involving the use of neural networks.

Calming the Billow Cloud: the Diocotron Instability
 in Electron Plasmas\n
Instabilities in continuous media are important
to study for practical applications, and instabilities
in fusion plasmas cause loss of energy and fuel,
increasing the cost. In my talk, I will explore
 the Kelvin-Helmholtz (diocotron) instability in
a non-neutral plasma, as an effort towards a fundamental
understanding of plasma instabilities. I will
present the theory framework for this problem,
which is beneficial for audience interested in
plasma physics, continuum mechanics and problem-solving
 in physics.\n\n
