Or choose a dynamic date range (overrides "Date" above):
Begin the export at the current time:
Day range - number of days to add to the beginning date to calculate the ending date:

Depending on your browser you might see an empty screen after pressing "OK".
Use the "View Source" option of your browser to view the exported data.
